The role of the Project Management Office, or PMO, is increasingly identified as critical as soon as the project exceeds a certain size.

Since its creation, DI-A has been committed to developing a quality assurance system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, with systematic recording and processing of all non-conformities.


Our processes are dematerialized and defined in our management system accessible to all.  We strive to automate as many processes as possible in order to achieve a "0 paper default" policy at the lowest cost.

With this in mind, we have developed an offer focused on continuous improvement where the main indicator is the level of maturity (process control, risk anticipation).

The Quality approach is often the result of insistent pressure from customers and management's desire to question itself.


We support our clients in the roles of Quality Project Manager or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager.

DI-A approaches the concept of talent mobilization from two perspectives:

  • An operational approach, as close to the field as possible, where many criteria of good functioning and performance are taken into consideration, well beyond the notion of talent

  • A top-down approach, on an extended perimeter, where the notion of a network of experts takes on its full value, both on human and technical notions


It will be necessary to validate the skills of the protagonists (tests, background checks, additional training, etc.) according to the environment of the end customer.
